RAK Rock’s management team is responsible for the direction, strategic supervision, overall management and ultimate success of the company. The company is fortunate therefore to boast a highly-experienced management team drawn from international background but all with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in their relevant fields. Each team member takes an active role in the formulation and execution of the strategic decisions that drive RAK Rock forward.

MANAGEMENT TEAM BIOS
Naser Bustami is the Board Director and General Manager of RAK Rock, Steven Rock and Raknor. These companies have a combined annual turnover in excess of US$500million and a workforce of more than 3,000 employees. With 27 years’ experience in technical and commercial management across numerous multi-billion dollar projects in the region, Naser holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering along with a Masters (MBA) degree and a Doctorate (DBA) in Business Administration.
A Board Director and Works Manager, Graham has extensive experience in the quarrying and mining industries, having worked in a variety of diverse roles, spanning multiple countries and continents for 32 years. The holder of an Honours Degree in Mining Engineering from Nottingham University in the UK, as well as an MBA from the University of Warwick, also in the UK.
FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER
Michael began his career as an auditor with PwC (PriceWaterhouse Coopers) in the UK and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales for 30 years. He has worked as a Chief Financial Officer in the mining and telecoms industry for the last two decades. His extensive experience of working and living in the former Soviet Union means he not only has a solid grasp of the culture and business practices of the region, but he also speaks fluent Russian. He has worked in a range of countries including Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Nigeria and Tanzania and has been putting his experience and expertise to good use in the UAE with RAK Rock since 2013.
