RAK Rock’s management team is responsible for the direction, strategic supervision, overall management and ultimate success of the company. The company is fortunate therefore to boast a highly-experienced management team drawn from international background but all with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in their relevant fields. Each team member takes an active role in the formulation and execution of the strategic decisions that drive RAK Rock forward.
In order to maintain and further enhance our company reputation for excellence, the management team strives to value and promote a collaborative approach to business. We adopt an approach which sees strategic decisions being agreed by senior management and our wider operational teams. It is our belief that committing to such an approach not only empowers our employees by allowing them to gain valuable experience and develop individual expertise through being exposed to the key-decision-making process, it also fosters a healthy culture of responsibility and accountability among our staff.
Our management team recognises the importance of acknowledging and nurturing talent so that we can create the leaders of tomorrow. In support of this, RAK Rock has a policy of pro-active creation of development and promotion opportunities for all employees wherever possible.
Clear and transparent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are used to evaluate and improve production performance, sales targets, procurement and maintenance activity, and produce employee evaluation reports.
